Will my spouse find out?
No. We follow from a distance, we do not make contact, and we do not disclose who our client is. That has been the rule since 1985.
Can you record my spouse's calls or put a tracker on the car?
No, and you should not either. Florida Statute 934 requires all-party consent to record a conversation, and putting a GPS tracker on a vehicle you do not own is a crime. Evidence gathered that way gets thrown out and can get you charged. We work in public spaces and public records only.
My spouse lives in a high-rise with a concierge. Can you still do surveillance?
