Is claimant surveillance legal in Florida?
Yes, from public places or places where the investigator has a right to be, without trespass, and without recording private conversations. Florida’s all-party consent rule under Statute 934 applies to audio, so video is shot without sound where required.
Can you confirm a claimant is working another job?
Yes. We document the claimant arriving, working, and leaving on video with dates and times, and identify the employer through records and observation.
Do you handle SIU referrals and suspected fraud?
